Carolyn Jones M.Cl.Sc. (Aud)

Carolyn

Carolyn has over 40 years of experience as a Clinical Audiologist in both hospital and private practice settings, the last 27 years in London, and has owned and operated Piccadilly Hearing Centre since 2001 and Hearing Assessment Services since 2016. Carolyn has also worked part-time as a Clinical Audiologist at LHSC - Victoria Hospital for the last 4 years. She previously worked at Saskatchewan Health Hearing Aid Plan and Kitchener Waterloo Hospital. Carolyn completed an undergraduate degree in Communicative Disorders (1980) and a Master of Clinical Science in Audiology (1983). Through her extensive experience working in Diagnostic Audiology, Central Auditory Processing, Hearing Aid Evaluation and Fitting, Aural Rehabilitation, and Infant Hearing Screening, Carolyn has helped patients of all ages with all types of hearing loss. Her in-clinic expertise includes:

· Diagnostic Hearing Evaluation of all age groups

· Otoacoustic Emissions Testing (OAEs)

· Central Auditory Processing (CAP)

· Electrophysiological Assessment (BSER and P300 Response testing)

· Hearing Aid Evaluation of all age groups, and FM/Bluetooth/Accessories Recommendations

· Aided In-Booth Evaluation

· Noise-Induced Hearing Loss and Tinnitus

Nicole Worotny

Nicole

Nicole Worotny is a registered Hearing Instrument Specialist. She graduated with Distinction with her International HIS license and her Cerumen Management certificate from Conestoga College in 2011. Nicole previously worked as a Personal Support Worker and brings her dedication and commitment to help others to our office. She is able to perform audiometric evaluations, select appropriate devices and program and repair the latest in technology in amplification devices.

Leah Gardiner

Leah

Leah has been the Administrative Secretary at Piccadilly Hearing Centre for 20 years. She is the first person you speak with when you call or come into the office. Leah's responsibilities are broad and include scheduling appointments, providing hearing aid quotes, processing ADP and 3rd party billing, and all the paperwork associated with running a busy clinic.
